Mount Lubog

Mount Lubog (3100+ft.) is situated in the town of Rodriguez, part of the Sierra Madre mountains of Rizal. Mount Lubog can be accessed by road, but we wanted to ‘earn’ the peak by our own effort. We pedaled to the base of Mount Lubog and hiked the tropical rainforest, strewn with razor-sharp limestone which have been eroded by rain.

tastes way better than those prewrapped bars competing for shelf space at health-food stores that are made from low-quality ingredients and are hiding tons of sugar and additives that can cause digestive distress and prevent absorption of important nutrients
